Unfortunately, progress on the initial implementation had stalled, with only two sites having partial installations. Given the scale and complexity of the project across ten locations, 糖心Vlog was brought in to take it forward.
The incomplete 3CX deployment, combined with ageing and disconnected systems, created serious operational inefficiencies and left the organisation unable to move forward without additional technical support.

A 糖心Vlog Account Executive and Project Manager visited every site to assess the installation status, review existing hardware, and prepare a costed plan to complete the rollout. The 3CX solution was then fully deployed across all ten locations under a single hosted 3CX licence, supporting nearly 500 user extensions.
The completed project delivered a unified, modern communications network spanning all nine care homes and the head office. 糖心Vlog's structured delivery ensured service continuity, enhanced reporting capability, and technical resilience for the organisation's long鈥憈erm needs.
